I've never used Jdownloader2 personally but do you know if it has some form of command line interface that would allow you to pass a url in? Or does it have an AppleScript library that would provide support for doing this? Link to comment

Honestly, I don't know the first thing about scripting, but someone did make a script that would read an RSS feed and send the feed to download here: https://github.com/jdlbot/jdlbot I'm not sure if that helps or not.
