Copy text to clipboard based on argument

Is there a way to paste different outputs to the clipboard depending on what argument you pass to your keyword?

I'm a graphic designer and I don't want to keep having to look up/memorise colour values, so my idea was to have them stored in Alfred. -

For example: I work with different brands so if I could have the brand be the keyword and each of the branding colours as the argument. 

so <brand1> <colour1> would paste one hex value to clipboard

and <brand1> <colour2> would paste another.
