How do I launch Apple Pages directly?

As you can see here: there is no option to launch Apple Pages directly. 

 

How can I launch it without opening a file? Why are all these folders here? Is there anyway to prioritize App names over folders?

Hi @guice and welcome to the forum.

 

It's likely that the app isn't correctly indexed by your Mac's metadata index. Open Spotlight's Privacy tab, drag the Applications folder in, then wait 30 seconds. Drag it back out of Privacy, and wait another 30 seconds. Type "reload" into Alfred to refresh the application cache, and you should be able to then find your apps

Thanks. That does appear to have worked. It shows in Alfred now (and Spotlight -- didn't show there, either).
