Multiple steps in workflow

I want to create a workflow that will toggle my VPN and then load the app Remote Desktop.  I created keyword to applescript - which works fine. I then use the PLUS (see red circle) to add Launch an app.  It did this as you can see in the red box.  But I can't see to be able to drag the box into the sequence.

Awesome question. You can actually still connect the launch app piece to the keyword as well. It will just add a curved line down to it. This would make the two execute at the same time, but that shouldn't be too big of an issue for something like this.

My question was even more basic.  Just figured it out.  Didn't realize I had to click on keyword and drag it to the Launch App / Files block.  IE, I couldn't figure out how to create the curved line.  But you're right it be great to sequence the actions.  X -> Y -> Z  instead of X -> YZ.  Thanks for you help.
