Make checklist for processes at work

Hey guys, 

 

I'm new to Alfred, so bear with me.

 

I'd love to make a checklist for myself, that I could make appear with a line in Alfred. 

 

Basicly, I have different things I need to do, (different places to register etc.) whenever I make a sale. 

So having a popup I can run though to make sure I do everything, would eliminate alot of troubles. 

 

Is this possible via Alfred?

I'm not sure I completly understand how the List Filter works. 

 

All I'd really need is a way to open a premade list of tasks, preferably with the ability use a checkmark outside each tasks.

 

Is the List Filter able to do something like that?
