need help with Contacts not showing up

Went through all the troubleshooting steps for Contacts not showing up in Alfred.

 

 

Alfred isn't listed in the apps that have requested accesss in this step...

1. Check that Alfred is listed in macOS's Security & Privacy > Privacy > Contact and that the box next to Alfred is checked

 

None of the other troubleshooting steps have fixed the problem.

Did you try using Spotlight metadata for searching contacts? (Alfred Preferences > Features > Contacts > Advanced)

Yes--that didn't work either.

 

(Problem is only on my work computer. Contacts search works fine at home. When I enabled Spotlight metadata at work, that didn't fix the problem there and it made Home stop working.)

Work? Where are the contacts coming from? Are you using "native" contacts or is it an external source, like Exchange?

Both iCloud and Exchange.

 

Same setup on home computer though.
