How to use global hot-keys to pick applications?

Just bought the PowerPack for V2 downloaded , from the site and I am replacing quicksilver.

 

How do I switch applications with a global hot-key?

Hi bcotton,

 

Add a new workflow from Templates/Files and Apps/Launch file group from hotkey. 

Choose your hotkey (I'm using ctrl+alt+cmd as modifiers), right-click the hotkey input box and choose the fastest Trigger Behaviour.

Then doubleclick the Launch Apps / Files -action and drag the App there (you can drag it from Alfred search window). 

 

I think it was easier + faster to set global hotkeys to apps in Alfred 1. I't would help if you could easily duplicate workflows in the list (with cmd+d). 

 

If someone knows a faster way to do this, I would be glad to know too.
