Fuzzy search doesn't work well with file names with numbers

Let's say I have three files: "artwork 1.png", "artwork_1.png", and "artwork-1.png":

 

When I type "artw1", none of them shows up:

If I type "artwork1", only "artwork-1" shows up:

 

I'd expect all three are found in both cases. Is it possible to configure Alfred this way?

Alfred only supports fuzzy search for its default application & preference pane search (although many workflows support fuzzy search).

 

Have you tried "artw 1" or "artwork 1"?

Yeah "artw 1" and "artwork 1" do the job! I think it's good enough for me. But just for the purpose of learning, which workflows would you recommend?

Depends on what you do, tbh. There are some good ones in this list.
