Alfred points to applications twice

Something broke when I last updated Alfred, or if it was Catalina. When I now search for an application it gets listed twice, once under /applications and once under system/volumes/data/applications. This is quite annoying, how can I tell Alfred that I do not want double servings?

@aalfreed Type "reload" into Alfred to flush the caches.
