Snippet font size pastes smaller than set in Outlook for Mac

When using snippets in Outlook for Mac, the expanded text is smaller than what is specified by both Outlook and what is manually set in Alfred.

 

Example is the snippet is set as Calibri, 10pt. The snippet expands as Calibri, 7.5pt. If it is set as 14pt, it expands as 10.5pt.

 

Outlook for Mac version 16.40 (20081000), MS 365 subscription

Alfred 4.1, Build 1167

Mac OS Catalina, 10.15.6

@eozzy what behaviour do you get if you set the snippet to be plain text (which should match the destination formatting). Also, what behaviour do you get when pasting into Apple's TextEdit app.

 

I suspect this is more likely a quirk in Outlook.
