Upgrading from Alfred 3 to Alfred 4 - Mirgration help

I have version Alfred with the power pack. I purchased the 4.x licence and installed Alfred 4.1[1167] version.

I would like to import all my preferences and workflows from Alfred 3.

For some reason, when opening Alfred 4, I didn't see the "Getting started" screen as described here https://www.alfredapp.com/help/getting-started/migration/ which could help me with importing my settings.

 

What should I do in order to re-initiate the flow or altertnatively import my settings.
