List Filter Help

This is driving me nuts! I made a list filter using arg & vars and every time i select one option, it executes ALL the options. So frustrating. Why can't I just select one thing, for example open a specific file and have it just do that, not every single other thing on the list. Doesn't make sense to me. Why not just make a keyword shotcut that is the  same for all the menu options? That's my work around... it's sad cause the list filter would be so nice and specific.

When asking for help with a Workflow, please post it so we can take a look. We can’t know what’s wrong from a description alone, and this looks like a misconfigured Workflow.
