Search for shortcuts in other applications

Is there a workflow to add support for searching for shortcuts inside an application?

For example, in Chrome, I want to search for "Edit -> Reload this Page", or "Bookmarks -> Bookmark this Tab".

Of course, for these simple commands, I can use the standard shortcuts. But for less commonly used shortcuts, I want the Alfred experience to search for existing shortcuts in an active application.
