Allow to specify exceptions for "Quit All Apps"

There is a workflow: Quit all apps with exceptions: 

 

 

However, I would suggest to bake this right into Alfred.app. The "ejectall" command does something very similar by allowing to not eject the backup drive for instance.

(One of) The point of Workflows is that one can build what Alfred doesn’t include natively. That Workflow was itself built due to user request.

So the question is “why?”. What exactly do you expect to achieve by having this natively built in?
