Search only folder names

I prepend my searches with ' if I only want to see files. Could I do something like ~ to only search folder names?

Use a File Filter that only shows directories.

 

There's an example workflow in Alfred Preferences that does exactly this (Alfred Preferences > Workflows > + > Examples > Simple Folder Search).
