alfred doesn't see some apps

For some reason Alfred doesn't see Terminal or Activity Monitor, although Spotlight finds them OK. Alfred launches other apps fine. I think this started happening after I upgraded to MacOS Catalina. I tried rebuilding the macOS Metadata but the problem persists. What else can I try?

• Alfred version (please be specific with version numbers)
• macOS version
• Did you recently upgrade? Have you given macOS enough time to rebuild/refresh its index after install?

aha, I didn't realize there is a new version and upgrading to it has solved the issue.
