How to use Alfred to automate "select current word" systemwide?

I'm used to sublime's cmd + d text selection keybind and i want it OS wide.

I know that macOS only has the ability to select left left of the cursor and right of the cursor until the beginning (shift + cmd + <-) or end of the word (shift + cmd + ->). How can I use Alfred to automate this?
