Add a simple note/to do to a workflow

Sometimes I need to add to a workflow a reminder of what I need to do next to improve or change the workflow. I don't wish that reminder to be published when I add the workflow to Github. In that context it would be quite useful to have something like a sticky note that could be included on the page of (but not within) a workflow but which would have no effect at all on the workflow itself and would not be published when the workflow is exported.

 

Alternatively, do others have ideas that would address the issue (i.e., significantly, without appearing when the workflow is exported)?
