Can't find preferences startup error

Whenever I reboot I get an error as follows;

Alfred startup error
You have a sync
location set, but the
preferences package is missing from:
~/Documents/COMMON FILES/Alfred
This could be due to the Volume not yet
being mounted, or the preferences being
deleted.
If you continue, Alfred will use the
default preferences location.

 

The file is in the exact spot on my drive as listed.

What is the drive? Is it a fixed drive on your Mac? If not what and where exactly is it? See also generally this help article: Alfred Sync Preferences Missing.
