smurlin2
I'm considering switching from LaunchBar but one of the things I love in it is the ability to: Configure my key combination to Cmd-Space (I know I can do this in Alfred) And then hit Cmd-Space-Space to reselect the previously selected item Can Alfred do this? It's an awesome way to switch back and forth between apps without needing to hit another key - super convenient to just have to hit 'space' a second time to go back. However, doing this in Alfred just closes it. Thanks, Smurlin Link to comment
Tyler Eich
You can use Alfred's history feature to accomplish this. First, make sure you have it enabled in the preferences: Then, after pressing your Alfred hotkey, press the up arrow key (or press Control+P, which is the emacs binding for up arrow). You can use this trick to see the past 20 things you typed into to Alfred. Edited January 7, 2014 by Tyler Eich Link to comment
smurlin2
Thanks for the suggestion. I did find that but it's just not up to snuff for me. That means another hand to hit the arrow key and then hit enter again after. A quick Cmd-Space-Space with one hand is just too quick and convenient. Thanks though. Link to comment
JoeyUrge
If I am understanding what you want to do, wouldn't command + tab work for your needs? Tyler Eich 1 Link to comment
