Very simple Chrome refresh

Does what it says on the tin, allows you to refresh the active tab on all Chrome windows opened via the "refresh" keyword. Just uses a simple AppleScript to loop through them all and reload each active tab.

Doing a fair bit of responsive work atm so tend to have a number of chrome windows open on my second monitor in various emulation modes and this allows me to easily refresh them all at once.
