Remove iTunes / iTunes hot key?

Does anyone know if it is possible to remove the whole iTunes module? 

 

Alternatively, is it possible to have NO hot key assigned to activate iTunes? 

 

I will never listen to music on my computer, so I would like to reserve the hot keys for something more useful.

you should simply go to the iTunes tab, click on the hot keys field, and hit backspace
