Shortcode lookup

Hi,

 

Does anyone know of a workflow that can quickly bring up a list of shortcuts for a variety of applications? Just as reference would be enough.

 

Or does anyone have ideas for creating such a workflow in Alfred?

Thanks! that seems like a great workflow, but I'm wondering about one where I can store and reference shortcuts that I use for a program. Such as a reference for sublime text shortcuts.
