Request: Copy screenshot to clipboard

This probably exists already, but I am looking for a simple workflow that will automatically take a screenshot and copy it to the clipboard.  Any help?

No workflow needed, just add ⌃ (that’s the Ctrl key) to your screenshot shortcuts. So, for example, instead of ⌘⇧3 to take a screenshot of the whole screen, saving it to the desktop, do ⌃⌘⇧3 to take that same screenshot, but saving it to the clipboard instead.

You are awesome.  Thank you for that!     Though I have to say, its pretty tricky hitting all of those keys simultaneously.  I wonder if a workflow could make it a bit more 'graceful'?

Again, no need. System Preferences → Keyboard → Shortcuts → Screen Shots. Change the shortcuts there.
