lande
Recently started using Alfred, so if this this question has been asked and answered dozens of times, please excuse my ignorance. Is it possible to create a hotkey/keyboard shortcut that would assign the app currently being used to an open space/desktop? I use multiple desktops all the time, but find the gesture + drag + drop a bit cumbersome. Would be very appreciative of any help you may have. Link to comment
deanishe
Apple has fairly gutted the Spaces functionality in recent version of OS X. I don't think it's natively possible to programatically move windows from Space to Space. What you can do is install something like BetterTouchTool (which is totally awesome). You can use that to assign keyboard shortcuts (or trackpad gestures) to Move To Next/Previous Space actions. Link to comment
