Alfred started to not return all the directories from my search queries

It's really strange because before everything was working properly and now this happens. I tried doing this : 

 

 

But that did not help either. However I did not delete the ./Spotlight-V100 file for 'complete reindex', perhaps I should try that too. What should I do to fix this as searching for files is one of my big use cases of this app.

All right, I rebuilt the index with deleting the asked file and it seems to be working now. It's strange that this happened though.
