Test Alfred Workflow Updating

Hi all,

 

I'm trying to test / verify my Alfred Workflow can successfully update before releasing to the public.

 

What's the best way to do so? Is there a way I can specify the frequency to be 0 days or 5 minutes or something as opposed to one day?

 

To add some more info I have a GH release on my GH repo but am not seeing my changes propagate to an older repo.
