Alfred Updates Behind Proxy

At my company, all web traffic has to go out through a proxy. This causes all sorts of issues that we have to figure out when apps are inconsistent about how they detect proxy settings. For Alfred, I haven't been able to figure out what to whitelist for updates. I get notifications that an update is available, but when I go to the settings to actually download it, I see the error "Unable to contact update server". Is there any way to find out what exactly Alfred is using (curl, wget, something else) and/or where it is going so I can whitelist this?

@wesbland - The auto update appcast comes from alfredapp.com (https from Alfred 3.app and Alfred Preferences.app) and the download zip file comes from cachefly.alfredapp.com (https from Alfred Preferences.app). Both use the cocoa NSURLSession API directly.

@wesbland It's also worth noting, if you are using Little Snitch or similar, you'll have to whitelist both Alfred 3.app and Alfred Preferences.app (which is inside Alfred 3's app bundle).

The second thing was the problem. I was only whitelisting Alfred 3, not Alfred Preferences with Proxifier. Once I added Alfred Preferences, everything is fine.
