It works on both my 2017 Intel iMac and my 2022 M2 Macbook Air. Such a click- and timesaver!

Thanks! I tend to forget to post here, but I'll try to keep it in the back of my head next time.

I'm still a bit unsure if v4 works on apple chips though, some have reported that the blueutil binary doesn't execute in newer macs. Since I only own an intel mac myself, I'm not able to do any troubleshooting, so any help is appreciated.

@vegardinho First of all, i love this workflow. I also noticed that v4 has been released silently. 😉

@retifThanks for this. Personally i like to have more control over Bluetooth so i commented out the Bluetooth toggle. Keep up the good work and thanks again!

A workflow to toggle AirDrop discoverability:

To clarify, just in case, this is about controlling your Mac discoverability so other devices could send files to it, so this is not about sharing files from it.
Optionally it also toggles off Bluetooth when "No One" level of discoverability is chosen.

Naturally, since there is no proper API for this, everything is done in AppleScript by clicking on UI controls via Accessibility. So you can expect seeing windows (Finder, Control Centre, etc) opening and closing, buttons/toggles being clicked/toggled. You can get rid of Finder window showing up by adding AirDrop icon to Menu Bar via Control Centre Modules in System Settings.

And of course, it will likely break next time Apple decides to move things around again.
Currently tested Mac OS version is 13.5.2.

    Hi,

I was a bit tired of handling all my bluetooth devices manually, and couldn't find any cover-all bluetooth workflows out there, so I made this one.

    Features:
Turn on/off/toggle bluetooth Connect to device from list of paired bluetooth devices Set favorite device for quick access User friendly notifications for all actions
Dependencies (see README on git repo):
    Blueutil Python3
Feel free to give me feedback, and report bugs if you find any.

CageD reacted to Andrew in PathFinder support is not working as intended
This behaviour is actually controlled by PathFinder which modifies Alfred's settings files to intercept the system calls for opening and revealing in Finder. Other users have reported quitting Alfred, then unticking and reticking PathFinder's option to be the default file manager, then rebooting fixes the issue

    Hi untoldwind,

When i found this workflow i didn't believe it would be so good at what it does. Up until this day i used an app called Divvy for this.

If i find the time i will spend half a day writing a reply on how this workflow has made my life better.

    Thanks so much!
