Default to search the filename and "in" at the same time?

Is there a way to set Alfred to search the filename and in the file at the same time?

@fredster Your best bet for this is to create a File Filter workflow:

Under the Advanced tab of the object, you can specify that the display name and the text content are searched. Click on the + below the big box to add the kMDItemTextContent metadata field.

Thanks, there was a sample file on the file-filter page that helped me set up a workflow.
