SSZ
I installed Big Sur Beta this morning over Catalina. It now appears that my main HD partition is Read-Only. How can I change it? System says I don't have access to change the permissions. Thanks...SSZ
SSZ
Addendum...the main HD drive is also NOT mounted. I can't mount it, either. I know this is a simple fix but I don't know more...help!! Thanks...SSZ PS It seems as if Big Sur was installed to the wrong (secondary) partition on the SSD so the secondary is now mounted and active. Another clue is that SuperDuper cannot find the previous primary partition. Any ideas on how to fix this, puh-leeeze!!?! vitor
Welcome @SSZ, This problem has nothing to do with Alfred. It should be asked about somewhere else more general. Try Ask Different. You should avoid installing beta OS versions on your main devices (or at all).
