solved [SOLVED] Yikes, accidental delete of version 3 took out needed files for version 4

I noticed 2 copies of Alfred on my Mac, ver 4 and ver 3. I used App Cleaner to removed version 3 related files, and that was a mistake. Seems like it took out my preferences and indexed items that no longer appear when I search in version 4. I found the following files in my trash can. Can anyone tell me where they can be restored? Hoping that brings me back.

All of those should go into ~/Library/Application Support/Alfred (~ is your home directory, e.g. /Users/bill).
