How do I make a workflow: List of favourite apps or sites

On the Alfred Powerpack page there is a heading "Integrate Your Favourite Apps & Sites"
But I don't know how to make such workflows.

I want to make a workflow with a list of apps that I use as tools.
For example: drivedx, etrecheck, onyX etc

I want also make a list of daily sites that I visit.

 

A tutorial, examples for this kind of workflows?

Alfred has excellent documentation. For your daily sites Workflow, you’d connect a List Filter Input to an Open URL Action. To open apps should be similar, depending on exactly what you need.
