Reverse Text List in Clipboard

I would love to create and universal action to take a list and reverse it and then paste it back

 

- 1

- 2

- 3

 

would become

 

- 3

- 2

- 1

 

 

I thought i would be able to use the 

 

regex replace utility but i gather this can't be done with regex.

 

I've been searching various scripts that might do this, but i'm not sure what will work best but i assume the structure might be

 

universal action for text -var that  stores  text -  run script- output to clipboard
