Need help fixing Edit With workflow

I have a workflow that was created by someone else. It's called "Edit With." It starts Vim with selected text from any app. When finished editing the text can be pasted back into the document form which Vim was invoked.  

 

It stopped working several years ago. I would like start using again. I don't have clue how to ago about fixing it.

 

Any help anyone might be able to provide would be appreciated.
