Worklfows missing from workflow list

Hi there, 

 

Just bumped into a weird bug. I have several custom workflows, one of which is an MOT checking workflow. It launches a website basically where I can check a vehicles history. I just wanted to go and edit that workflow but I can’t find it. 

 

As you can see from the attached, it’s there because it will run it, but it is not in the list of workflows. 

 

I’m running 5.1 (2134) on MacOS 12.6.5 on my desktop.

The same issue is also showing on my laptop running 3.8.6 (972) on MacOS 13.3.1 (not sure why I have an old version on here).
