Manny Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 It would be nice to change the way of navigation in Alfred. The point is, that `cmd`+`<number>` is (for me?!) not really good for the handling. Raycast (yes, I use Alfred and Raycast together and don't want to miss one of them on my Dev-Machine) has the possibility to navigate with `ctrl`+`j` etc. what is orientated on Vim editor. For me as dev, good solution. Maybe you can brainstorm about this and add a better solution than it is right now? Maybe you bring in the possibility the change the way of navigation in settings?
vitor Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 You can use the arrow keys or ⌃P and ⌃N to navigate up and down the results.
Manny2 Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 @vitor Great That will do the trick for me absolutely. ..So the next feature is implemented :'D Thank you very much!!
Manny2 Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 (edited) But if I press control, the under part of the text (second one, small explanation text) changes. If navigate then up/down, the displayed text is going with my selection. How to turn this off? Edited August 5, 2023 by Manny2
vitor Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 It only changes while you’re holding the key, it goes back when you release it. You can disable it for regular searches in the Advanced tab, but for workflows it depends on how they’re individually set up.
Manny2 Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 Works in the all the workflows I've tried - Thanks!!!
