how to resize image in clipboard ?

How do I specify to resize the image in the clipboard  as below ?

What’s on your clipboard is data, you need an image file to resize. But if you use Alfred’s clipboard history, images are saved under ~/Library/Application Support/Alfred/Databases/clipboard.alfdb.data (~ represents your home folder). There is then a Save Image to Clipboard Automation Task which allows you to get the result back on the clipboard.
