Request: Open Incognito Window in Chrome

i'm trying to open directly an incognito window, but i could not find the parth to the incognito window.

Would be great if somebody could help what to do.

Would it be possible, that just one new Tab opens? In my case all my Tabs out of my "normal" Chrome Window opens.

Do this work for other people?  If Chrome is not open, this workflow does not open it on my machine.
