Alfred opens wrong folder

A useful feature of Alfred is pressing the space bar twice to insert apostrophe to navigate to straight to any folder.

 

However, no matter what folder I choose, it always opens my iCloud Drive folder. If I then go thorough the process again, it opens the correct folder. 

I must stress this isn't a problem specific to Alfred as the same thing happens in other apps. I think this started happening after upgrading to Sonoma.

 

Any fixes for this?

Alfred uses standard macOS APIs. If your underlying operating system is misbehaving, that’s what you need to fix.

 

Check a more general forum for macOS (such as MacRumors, or Apple’s own Forums), where you’re more likely to find someone with the same problem.

Thanks. Realise this is more likely an underlying operating system problem. Was just hoping someone on here might know what's going on.
