This workflow lets you capture an area of the screen containing the QR code and copy the encoded URL/text into the clipboard.

@anazimok You should verify how you exported the workflow, because as it is it cannot be imported. If a user has Private Sharing disabled in the Shortcuts Preferences (default), they’re greeted with:
