AlfredGuy
Hi there, I recently updated my Mac M1 and some things have changed. One of my favourite Alfred Workflows, 'Transmit' by Jefferson Sher is now throwing an error and I need help to get it working again. When I invoke the workflow I get the following error: Reason: launch path not accessible /usr/bin/python Check that the selected language exists on your system. If you're syncing Alfred's preferences, also check that all related workflow files exist locally. In that /usr/bin folder I have 'python3' which I am guessing is not the same thing. Could anyone offer a suggestion on how I can get this workflow working again? Thanks! Link to comment

Apple removed Python 2 from macOS 12.3 onwards, which means that workflows that rely on it need to be either updated or replaced. Looking for the Transmit workflow by Jefferson Sher, I can only find an Alfred 2 workflow for Transmit 2 from 9 years ago. Is this the one you're referring to? It might be worth looking around to see if there are more modern Transmit workflows around as I suspect the app has also evolved since 2013 Link to comment
hugobert
Just need to install Python 2 and the workflow will work again. https://www.python.org/ftp/python/2.7.18/python-2.7.18-macosx10.9.pkg This works with 12.3.1 on my m1 max macbook pro. Link to comment
