how can i completely reset this thing, since after Alfred 2.0 beta and on, features tab on mine is blank and the workflow shows every option greyed out. I have removed it fully and copied it back in, I have used a couple of .app uninstallers to make sure every file is gone and reinstalled it. I dont know what else i can do.

here are some screenshots of what im experiencing. Its aggravating. I am a mega supporter.

Love the program I am pretty aggravated at this tho. I was enjoying Alfred 1.0 the many things it had to offer, then 2.0 came out i imported the settings and blah this. I have tried reinstalling it so many times. I am annoyed.

I have had a couple of previous users who have experienced this and it has turned out to be a bug in a 3rd party unzipping tool which wasn't resolving symlinks in unzipping an application... essentially corrupting Alfred.

If you are using a 3rd party tool (or even if not), re-download Alfred from http://alfredapp.com and unzip using OS X's default archive utility instead then things should work great :)

Let me know how you get on!

Cheers,

Andrew

yep worked, a little suggestion that might keep this from happening. Maybe put your alfred app into a pkg or a dmg file. Thank you for the great support I am a happy nerd now. :)

It might be better to report this bug to iunarchive as you are likely getting other things being corrupted but not seeing so obviously.
