komocode
What you were doing when the issue happened add one song to iTunes library -> close iTunes -> try to play song using iTunes mini player feature -> song not listed. Whether you were able to replicate it a second time by performing the same action yes. Include any screenshots that might help us Let me know if you need screenshots, I don't think screenshots are going to help. Include the Alfred version & build number you are using v 2.2.1 (227) Include your OS X version 10.9.2 (itunes 11.1.5)

Include the Alfred version & build number you are usingv 2.2.1 (227) Include your OS X version 10.9.2 (itunes 11.1.5) This is by design to make Alfred as light weight as possible. iTunes publishes XML which Alfred reads for the mini player, but updates this even when a song is played (e.g. to update play count), so Alfred can't simply watch for this file to change and update automatically... if he did, he would be processing this large XML file constantly. You can simply use cmd+r when in Alfred's mini player to reload the library. Cheers, Andrew [moving to closed]
