I created a workflow to search in a specific folder when I select a file and then will show in finder window.
Now I would Like to be ask if I would like to open it or show in finder?  Any ideas?

Connect your File Filter to an Open File Action and a Reveal File in Finder Action. Double-click the lines connecting your File Filter to one of the actions and set a modifier key, e.g. ⌘. This action will then be performed when you hit ⌘+↩ on a result.

 

If you're happy with Open File being the default action, just use a single Open File Action. Alfred's default behaviour with results that are files is to make Reveal in Finder the default ⌘+↩ action.
