White-/Black-lists in File Action

I think it would be a nice addition if you could choose to either make a whitelist or a blacklist of file formats in File Action.

Use case: Sometimes a script works on most file types, but maybe doesn't work on folders and applications.

Then it would be a lot simpler to make a black-list of folders and applications instead of a white-list of all other file types.
