Without the video and running it with the keyword instead of the hotkey, I can’t say anything for sure. It would be speculation.
 
 
If one computer is the main one (seems to be), the Backup Preferences workflow will make that simple.

@marfon On the problem Mac, if you open Alfred's preferences to the Workflows, right-click on the workflow you're having an issue with and choose "Reveal in Finder", are the same files revealed in that folder as on the other two Macs?

If you go to Alfred Preferences → Workflows and then at the bottom of the second column click on Alfred Gallery you will be notified of any updates of workflows you have downloaded from the gallery (look at your sort options at the top of the column to ensure you have checked Show Update Available).
 
For workflows downloaded outside the Alfred gallery whether or not you are notified of updates depends on the workflow itself.

It works for me using Safari 17.1 with macOS 14.1.1. I suggest you open the debugger then try to use the workflow in Safari and post the output in a post in this thread—which may help others diagnose the problem.

Just checking…did you download the latest version from the Alfred Gallery?

I installed the workflow and the extension on my MacOS 13.0.1 MacBook Air, allowed the installation in Mac's security, and tried the troubleshooting stuff including ffass register workflow with browser, but the extension never connects. I've attached a screenshot of the extension debugger. Can I get some troubleshooting suggestions?

Try
Alfred Preferences > Features > Universal Actions (on the General tab).

@marfon Welcome to the forum
 
First, to customise a theme, make sure you're using either a custom theme or duplicate one of the default ones (as it's not possible to modify a default theme).
 
Next, hover on the left or right side of the theme where you'll see "Drag to enlarge window width" as subtext at the bottom
