Thanks Vero, I managed to source the problem in the end. Skydrive had not completed its sync since rebuilding the Mac! So the preferences file was incomplete. Being more patient I waited until this had finished and restarted Alfred - all OK now Thanks for your help.

OK thanks for your reply but wherever I place the file, none of the workflows appear. I can interrogate the file and see loads of workflows...alfred just doesn't seem them or use the alfred.alfredpreferences file. Weird...

Hi I have rebuilt my Mac recently and had my Sync folder file saved off on Skydrive. Now when I try and use this Sync folder it blanks the file existing in there and rebuilds another. I have loads of workflows I want to use, what am I doing wrong? Thanks Gr4z

Mmm I press Fn and get the option to add files and documents but I was not seeing the option for folder....but dumb ass here wasn't noticing there so many options I needed to scroll down to see the Add to Faves option Is there anyway to change the order in this resultant list? Thanks chaps

I am having issues adding folders. I can add files and documents but when I navigate to a folder and press right arrow on the folder it just shows me the contents of that folder. No option to add to faves exists. Anyone help? Thanks

I have changed the Notification to Growl but it makes no difference. Sorry I am not sure what to do when using a Script Filter - can you be a bit more descriptive as to what to do? Thanks

I have an old v1 extension that I used to get feedback on the London Tube network. It ran a script and outputted to Growl. Its very useful for getting an up to date status of the network. I am trying to convert it into v2 workflow and have managed to output the text to notification centre, however, the code only shows 2 lines. How do I convert this to show all subway lines in the alfred window and not in notification centre?
