I've noticed this too. Certain apps don't respond to applescript. Unfortunately, not much I can do about it

I just posted a v2.1.0 that addresses the dock issues. It should now take into consideration bottom, left or right aligned dock. Let me know if anybody finds bugs. Greg

It look way too long, but I've finally updated Layouts for Alfred's Workflows. I completely re-wrote the source and now you can even add hotkeys for custom sizes (like 30% of screen width on the left side of screen). Read more and download here: http://projects.jga.me/layouts/

Ended up not returning any results for searches for < 3 chars and it got a lot faster.

I have a script filter that is running some applescript (osascript searching evernote). If I just run it in the terminal, a long query takes about .71 sec where as a fast query takes .15 sec. When I use alfred, it takes about 6 seconds to show results. I'm not sure if it's because alfred is running it after every keypress, but that's my guess as to why it's taking so long. Any other ideas? Could there be a script filter option to only execute after finished typing? Greg

Awesome! So growl gets me half way there with the stickies. any plans on adding ability to run a script after it's been clicked?

It would be nice to have the option to have the notification center popup stay open until it's clicked. In addition, it would be nice to be able to run a custom script when the notification popup is clicked. Thoughts?

That's exactly what I'm doing right now for a keyword. I was expecting that to work for fallback searches, but you can't double click to set a modifier key.

So I'm creating a workflow to add tasks to an application. Currently I have tk {task} with action modifiers to have the task due today and this week. I'd like to make it so I don't have to put any keyword before and I can just start typing the task and then hit ctrl-enter to make it due today or alt-enter to have it due this week or just enter to just add it to the list. does that make sense?

It would be nice to be able to define a fallback search and set up action modifiers. Not sure if this is planned or not, but I'd like to see it added to v2

Apptivate (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/apptivate/id412442297?mt=12) has this awesome feature where you can define a hotkey, but they add another key to press after that will trigger the action. It's like namespacing your hotkeys. So I could press 'cmd-shift-a' and then 'e' to open evernote or 'cmd-shift-a' and then 's' to open safari. Might be a nice feature to add to Alfred Workflows. Would allow workflow developers to only take up one global hotkey, but provide additional hotkeys on their "namespace"

I have caps lock set to cmd-opt-control-shift. So caps-lock R is for RDIO, caps M is for Mail, caps E is for Evernote and so on. Pretty easy to remember when you get used to them, but I have a lot of them set, so it'd be nice to see what's mapped to what.

I've got a workflow set up to manage hotkeys to open apps. I like that I can have one workflow with a bunch of hotkeys defined. The only problem is that Launch Apps / Files doesn't tell me at a glance what it's opening. I like that it allows to me open more than one app, but most of the time, I'm just opening one.
