Applications intermittently not found

Hi everyone

 

As of a couple of days my searching functionality is working, and not working.

 

This really annoying bug is rendering some things unsearchable, and sometimes searchable.

 

This is for all my files in general, below a screenshot of "bartender". This is an application that's clearly on my system.

 

It also does it for files, powerpoint presentations.

 

Funny enough, sometimes, when I retype the query it does the file.

 

0 reproducibility in this one I'm afraid, anyone been encountering something similar?
